• 3. Battery Life: Provides up to approximately 6 hours of usage under normal operating conditions. Actual battery performance may vary depending on the number of connected users, network conditions, and usage patterns.

2. SIM Compatibility

• 1. ATOM Power MiniPro device is designed to operate exclusively with an ATOM SIM card. SIM cards issued by other domestic mobile network operators are not supported.

• 2. Upon purchase of a ATOM Power MiniPro device, customers will receive a one-time 30GB data package as part of the promotional offer. This data package is valid only with an ATOM SIM card and may be used within 60 days from the activation date. Any unused data will expire upon the end of the validity period and cannot be carried forward.

• 3. The inclusion of any data package with the device is subject to the applicable promotional program and may vary depending on the promotion available at the time of purchase.

3. Warranty & Exclusions

• 1. Warranty Period

  • The device is covered by a 6-month limited warranty commencing from the date of purchase.

• 2. What is Covered

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware-related faults arising under normal use conditions.

• 3. Warranty Exclusions. The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Liquid damage, including exposure to water, moisture, or other liquids.

  • Physical or cosmetic damage caused by dropping, crushing, mishandling, or user negligence.

  • Unauthorized modifications, including software rooting, firmware alterations, or other unauthorized changes to the device.

  • Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or servicing performed by any party other than an ATOM Shop or an ATOM-authorized service provider.

4. Replacement and Refund Policy

• 1. Cash refunds are not permitted after the purchase of the device.

• 2. If, during the warranty period after purchase, the device or battery becomes unusable due to a manufacturing defect, the relevant device components may be replaced free of charge at ATOM Shops.

5. Network Performance & Speed Disclaimer

• 1. Internet speed and signal strength may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Local 4G network coverage and tower conditions;

  • Power outages affecting network infrastructure;

  • Weather conditions and

  • The number of simultaneous users connected to the network.

• 2. ATOM Power Broadband shall not be responsible for any reduction, interruption, or degradation of network performance resulting from power outages or circumstances affecting mobile network towers beyond its reasonable control.

6. User Registration Policy

• 1. In accordance with the regulations of the relevant telecommunications authorities, all SIM cards used with this device must be properly registered under the customer's valid National Registration Card (NRC) or other legally accepted identification documents.
