Terms & Conditions

1. All ATOM Broadband customers are eligible to participate in ATOM Special Promotion Campaign. This campaign includes Fiber service who purchased 120 days + 60 days and 180 days + 90 days. Buy Now – broadband.atom.com.mm
2. Mobile number registered through the official ATOM website or ATOM Power app will be recognized as the valid owner of the associated Broadband services and the customer who can show or prove the actual possession of the ATOM Broadband will be recognized as the valid owner. In case of any dispute regarding user identity, the proof of Service Ownership will be deemed final, and the decision of ATOM shall be final and conclusive.
3. ATOM shall have the authority to ask and make actual ownership or possession verification process of ATOM Broadband service of Winners. Only the satisfaction of the verification process of ATOM, ATOM can offer the Prizes under this Special Promotion Campaign to Winners. If such verification process is not satisfied, ATOM reserves the right to reject the Prizes of Winners or any Prizes under this Special Promotion Campaign.
4. In this Special Promotion Campaign, Employees of ATOM, its Agents, Sales Agents who use sales ATOM application and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate. ATOM shall have the sole discretionary power to determine the eligibility of any participants in this Campaign, during any stage of the Campaign.
5. For ATOM Power Broadband Commercial Customers to participate in this Promotion Campaign, it is required to purchase eligible ATOM Fiber broadband packages 120 days + 60 days and 180 days + 90 days.
6. Eligibility for Broadband customers in this Special Promotion Campaign, Customers must purchase 120 days + 60 days and 180 days + 90 days fiber packs through any available channel. For new FTTH customers, eligibility is confirmed upon completion of the installation of ATOM Broadband product. For 120 days + 60 days and 180 days + 90 days purchased of ATOM fiber service eligible to enjoy lucky draw campaign weekly. This Special Promotion Campaign Period shall start from 1st -Nov-2025 to 31st - Decemeber-2025. The promotion period organized by ATOM can be extended at any time. 6A. Subject to the Clause 6, the period of campaign shall be extended from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (“Extended Promotion Period”). All terms and conditions set out herein shall continue to apply during the Extended Promotion Period unless expressly stated otherwise. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the old Terms and Conditions and these Extended Terms and Conditions, the Extended Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 6B. Weekly Lucky Draw During Extension During the Extended Promotion Period, customers who purchase eligible 120 days + 60 days and 180 days + 90 days ATOM Fiber packages shall continue to be eligible for weekly lucky draw prizes, subject to the same ticket issuance rules, draw mechanics, and conditions as defined in Clauses 7, 8, 10, and 17. 6C. Grand Prize for Extended Promotion Period A Grand Prize is introduced exclusively for customers participating during the Extended Promotion Period. Only customers who earn lucky draw tickets between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026 shall be eligible for the Grand Prize draw. Customers who participated in the Special Promotion Campaign during 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 are not eligible for the Grand Prize, and any tickets earned prior to 1 January 2026 shall not be counted or carried forward for the Grand Prize draw. 6D. Grand Prize Details The Grand Prize amount is 10,000,000 MMK (Ten Million Kyats). Only one (1) winner shall be selected for the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner shall be randomly selected after the conclusion of the Extended Promotion Period, in accordance with the lucky draw mechanism determined by ATOM.
7. Similarly, for 120 days + 60 days and 180 days + 90 days purchase of an ATOM Power Fiber packages. The details of the number of tickets customers can earn are as follows: Eligible Denomination | 120 days + 60 days (1 ticket) and 180 days + 90 days (3 tickets).
8. For this Special Promotion Campaign, the prizes for the winners are: 1 Million kyats for Two (2) lucky winners weekly for the special promotion campaign period. Ticket Count: Customer will still see the previous week Ticket Count until the previous week lucky draw is not concluded. Note: the Prize Winner Selection will be based on the respective week package purchase behavior.
9. During the Special Promotion Period, ATOM will randomly select (2) Grand Prize winners weekly. Winners will be contacted by ATOM via the phone number 09779995050 either during or after the Special Promotion Campaign Period.
10. Weekly winners will be selected based on the number of eligible lucky draw tickets accumulated within each respective week. (For example – only the eligible lucky draw tickets obtained during the week will be considered for the week’s lucky draw. They will not carry over or be valid for draws in the following weeks.) The lucky draw tickets which are eligible for the previous week shall not absolutely be covered for the subsequent weeks.
11. ATOM will attempt to contact weekly Grand Prize winners or any winners under this Special Promotion Campaign up to three (3) times. If the relevant phone calls are not answered, pick up or in the event of pick up or answering the phone call, the winner is not answered or refuses to answer the relevant questions, ATOM reserves the right to cancel such a winner and select alternative winners.
12. ATOM will announce the time and date of the Grand Prize winners selection in advance. Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected by weekly from eligible participants during the Special Promotion Campaign period. Winners will be contacted by ATOM Call Center via the phone number 09779995050. If a winner fails to answer the call after three (3) attempts for any kind of prize, ATOM reserves the right to cancel such a winner and select an alternative winner.
13. Winners under this Special Promotion Campaign must agree to provide the required documents and information such as their name, national registration card, ownership and possession of broadband device, residential address and bank account to ATOM in order to obtain their prizes. If the winner is under 18 years old, they must come with their legal guardian or legal guardians which are involved in Housing Registry List) to collect the prize. Winners of Weekly Grand Prize (except to ATOM Phone Bill) must attend to collect their prizes personally at the ATOM’ Head Office. ATOM reserves the right to reject the Monthly Grand Prize Winners (except for ATOM Phone Bill), who are not providing the required documents and information requested by ATOM or are not reply within (5) days or who are not attending personally to ATOM Head Office within (15) days from the specified time proposed by ATOM.
14. In case of the appointment of the authorized representative to collect the Monthly Grand Prize on behalf of the actual winner, the respective winner shall provide required information and documents requested by ATOM within (5) days, if not so provided such required information and documents within timeline, ATOM may reject offering the Monthly Grand Prize Winner. Similarly, in case of authorized representatives who do not attend or reply to collect the Monthly Grand Prize on the proposed date, ATOM may also reject the relevant Prize.
15. In the event of the rejection of the prize in line with the terms and conditions under this Special Promotion Campaign, ATOM shall not have any responsibility at all for any loss of the actual winner. ATOM may reject the offer of the Monthly Grand Prize, in the event of the person who is not the authorized person appointed by the actual winner at the time of collecting the prize.
16. ATOM reserves the right to reject all Prizes winners who are not provide in time, the necessary documents and information requested by ATOM.
17. A person can only win once during the Special Promotion Period. Any prize winner who has already been selected will be excluded from subsequent draws under this Special Promotion Campaign.
18. Participation in this Special Promotion Campaign means that the winners agree to allow ATOM to record their voice in full or in part, and to share Service Line number and photo on social media or other media outlets. The winners must grant permission to ATOM for the broadcast and release of these materials. Winners are not enjoying additional allowance for the purpose of this clause, except for the respective prizes.
19. These terms and conditions are available in both Burmese Language and English Language. In case of any discrepancies between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
20. ATOM shall not be held responsible for any delays, omissions, miscalculations, technical malfunctions, software or hardware failures, breakdowns, losses, errors, internet connectivity issues, undelivered or incorrectly sent communications, or any other circumstances beyond its control that may affect the winners or result in any losses or damage related to this Special Promotion Campaign. ATOM will not be held liable for any such losses.
21. The winners under this Special Promotion Campaign are not allowed to express any statement or writing that may deteriorate ATOM’s brand, mark, trademark and reputation.
22. In the event of any dispute or any matter which is not mentioned related to this Special Promotion Campaign, ATOM’s decision will be final and binding. ATOM reserves the right to reject or terminate the participation of any user who does not comply with these terms and conditions at any time during the Promotional Period. ATOM’s decisions are final and conclusive in all aspects of this Special Promotion Campaign, and participants must accept these decisions without objection.
23. In the event of any disputes or conflicts relating to the relevant prizes, after ATOM has already been awarded to respective winners for any prizes under this Special Promotion Campaign, ATOM shall not have any responsibility absolutely.
24. ATOM has the right to amend, add, cancel or substitute on any terms and conditions of the Special Promotion Campaign at any time, as required.
